About this project
Lumina Group needed their Upper Hill headquarters reworked around a hybrid working model, and they needed to stay in the building while it happened. The commercial answer was a floor-by-floor phased delivery with a rolling decant of one floor at a time.
Our project management office built the phasing programme around the client's own operational calendar — quarter-end and audit weeks were locked out of the sequence entirely. Noisy works were confined to evenings and weekends under a permit system agreed with building management.
The finished space carries the client's brand through the material palette rather than through applied signage: honed stone at the core, warm timber in the collaboration zones, and a lighting scheme tuned per floor to the work happening on it.
