About this project
A water supply programme is not one project — it is dozens of small, geographically scattered ones that have to converge on a working network. Strobell Africa provides the programme management office for the coastal rollout, holding the master programme across every contract package and county boundary.
Our role is the connective tissue: contract administration for each package, consolidated cost reporting to the agency and its funders, HSE auditing across sites that are often hours apart, and the materials testing regime that keeps pipe bedding, thrust blocks and reservoir structures to a single consistent standard regardless of which contractor built them.
The programme is live and running, with reticulation packages handing over progressively as each zone is commissioned.
